ABOUT STORM

DOB: 8/5/2022

Gender: Female

Weight: 30lbs.

Energy Level: Moderate

Overall Drive: Low

Location: Gig Harbor, WA

Storm is brave and so loveable and in just seconds you will see her cuddly and eager to please side. Romping and exploring are her favorite activities and she is not afraid to climb on top of buckets, the woodpile, or really anything! In fact, she would likely be a be a track star if human as she loves to run and jump and chase - (all in good fun of course!).

Storm has a truly remarkable personality. She is bold, yet cautious, super friendly and loads of fun. She loves to be with humans and really loves playing with other dogs. She wants to please and will likely need a home to keep her busy or she will find something to occupy her always thinking mind. Strangers? What strangers?  Everybody is Storm’s friend.  She is good with dogs of all sizes, may be a little bouncy for the littles, but still very respectful. She has been introduced to horses with no problem. Cats pique her curiosity, but nothing over the top.

Storm is crate trained, is well-mannered at the vets’ office, and unfazed by loud noises. She is working hard to master potty training, basic commands, and controlling her puppy inquisitiveness. With proper supervision, clear boundaries, and plenty of structure, she will continue to excel in all areas. She is motivated mostly by praise and food, so training has been a breeze.

Storm would thrive in a busy household and is looking for a moderately active family who is able to provide plenty of physical and mental stimulation. Her new family should be ready to continue her basic training to set her up for suture success. With her goofy personality, love for running, and desire to please, she’d make an excellent hiking or trail riding companion and may also enjoy agility or fly ball.
