Pyrite may be small, but his spirit is something truly special. After everything he’s been through at such a young age, he’s bounced back and is showing just how resilient, brave, and full of love he is. This little guy is ready to leave the past behind and find his person. The one he can shadow, adore, and curl up beside at the end of every day.
Pyrite lives to be close to his human. Whether he’s prancing proudly at your side like a tiny band leader leading the parade, or quietly lying next to you while you work, his happiest moments are spent simply being with you. He’s affectionate, curious, and undeniably charming; with a signature “side-eye” that will keep you laughing.
He can be shy and cautious when meeting new people and thrives with a slower, gentle approach. Once he trusts you, though, his loyalty runs deep. Pyrite seems to form a strong bond with one special person and will happily follow them anywhere, even out to feed livestock, where he calmly observes without chasing or causing trouble.
In the home, he’s doing wonderfully with sleeping in his own bed, learning routines, and responding well to positive reinforcement. He’s a smart pup who is already picking up basic commands and would likely excel in obedience training. Like any puppy, he’s still working through a few habits (watch those playful nibbles!), but he’s eager to learn and please.
Pyrite would do best in a calm, quiet home that can continue building his confidence and help him feel safe. In return, you’ll get a devoted companion with a heart as strong as his name.

Transport is is available but the cost is not included in the adoption fee.
