Beautiful, athletic, and brilliantly intelligent, Poppy is a young working dog with a huge heart and an even bigger personality. She’s always thinking, always learning, and always ready for the next challenge. Whether she’s chasing a flirt pole, mastering a new skill, or proudly carrying her favorite toy while asking for morning cuddles, Poppy brings enthusiasm and joy to every day.
She has a wonderfully goofy side, too. Every evening she transforms into a fearless bug hunter, stalking tiny insects with the intensity of a miniature wild predator. When the excitement is over, she’ll happily settle nearby with a chew and occasionally give you sweet little “cobbing” nibbles to show her affection.
Poppy is house trained, crate trained, eager to learn, and highly motivated by toys, food, and interactive play. She already knows several basic commands and continues to make excellent progress with loose-leash walking, impulse control, and settling around distractions. She thrives with structure, consistency, and a person who enjoys training as part of everyday life.
Because she’s still an adolescent with strong working instincts, Poppy is looking for an experienced home that understands drive and arousal. She’ll do best with someone who enjoys hiking, dog sports, scent work, obedience, agility, or simply giving a talented dog meaningful outlets. Young children and small animals are not the right fit for her, but in the right hands, Poppy has all the ingredients to become an extraordinary lifelong partner.

Our adoption process includes- completion of an application, followed by a telephone interview.
Adoption Donation: $500.00
Transport is available but the cost is not included in the adoption fee.
