Briggs is the ultimate puppy!  She is an absolute doll and one of the most social puppies we have seen.  This girl is super friendly to everyone she meets, humans of all ages, random animals, and anything you throw in her direction she wants to be friends with!

If Briggs was a human he would be a college student trying to figure out life.  There are so many jobs out there for a girl like Briggs, teacher, space explorer, or detective.  #CantHaveJobJustABaby  Her nose is super strong and she uses it to go just about everywhere and find everything.  This young lady would make the perfect camping partner since she loves to explore and adventure in an attempt to find new friends!  She is learning to slow down and not jump on everyone and everything, but it takes time.  More or less she just wants to be everyone's best friend.

Briggs has never met anyone or anything that she does not like.  She has not been introduced to cats, small animals, or livestock due to her urban fostering.  There is a small amount of prey drive towards birds so small animals might be a little much for her but we are unsure at this moment in time.  In the car she rides great #WorldBestCoPilot, everyone at the vet’s office just wants to be her friend (according to her) and she does not seem to care about loud noises.  The best way to explain her would be a bouncy little friendly ball of love.  Her favorite thing in the world is food, she is very food motivated which makes training a dream.

During Briggs's time in foster care, she has mastered Recall, Leave it, and Outside commands.  She is still working on Stay, Sit, and Down commands.  Some items that she is also working on are not jumping, chewing on things that are not hers, and not counter-surfing.  #PuppyIssues  She likes to have quiet time in her crate in a separate room aka alone time.  It does not bother her if her human is doing something while she is in her crate, but if she sees another dog while crated she kinda goes bananas.

Briggs would enjoy a forever home that has other dogs, big people, little people, and pretty much any people in general.  Since she is a puppy you can pretty much mold her into whatever you want for a dog.  She might be interested in nose work or agility, but bite work is probably not her cup of tea.  So if you are looking to add a bouncy puppy to your life, please apply to be Briggs forever home.
