Location: Wildomar, CA

Stoli is a sweet, loving, and easy-going dog who loves to follow his person wherever they might go. If he were smaller and had his way, he’d spend all his time in someone’s lap! If he were a human, he would be that BFF everyone wants; he will do anything he can to be around you, but if you need to be away, he waits patiently for you to come back.

Stoli has a very sweet nature and does best with gentle handling and guidance. He loves to meet people and has done well around small dogs that share his foster home. He also plays well with larger dogs, however, does not interact well with intact males of any size. Stoli rides well in the car, has done well at the veterinarian’s office, and isn’t bothered by loud noises. He will sometimes react to other dogs when out on leash, especially when around another reactive dog. However, he is easy to redirect. Stoli does not like to be crated/contained when indoors, however has done well loose in the house when his foster family has been away. He will need continued work on enforcing these boundaries to ensure he is successful at maintaining respect when unattended in the home. Stoli is currently working on mastering basic obedience.

Stoli would do best in a home that would allow him to spend the maximum amount of time with his handler. He is quiet and respectful and does well in almost any environment. He would be fine sharing his home with other dogs, but would also do well as an only pet. Stoli’s dream is to be a house/office dog, as he tires easily due to the arthritis in his rear limbs. He will jog around the yard on occasion but only if his person accompanies him. Looking for the best candidate for your team? This quiet gentleman can’t wait to be your favorite new work-from-home coworker!
