ABOUT FARGO

Age: 2 years
Gender: Male
Weight: 63 lbs
Energy Level: Moderate
Overall Drive: Moderate
Location: Snohomish, WA
Cats/Small Animals: NO

Fargo is the life of the party! His goal is to be with people as much as possible and will do anything to gain your attention. He is very affectionate and loves having his person pet him as often as they can. He loves people so much you’ll sometimes catch him just staring right at you!

Fargo is confident, bold, obedient, and appreciative of boundaries. He is friendly with most anyone in and out of the home. He has met a few older children in foster and has done well with them. Fargo is fine with most other dogs, but his new family would need to be cautious with him around dominant males. He will need to be placed in a home without any young children or small pets due to his prey drive. Fargo is crate trained and needs to be in a crate when riding in the car as he can be destructive. He has quite a bit of ball drive and loves to play fetch for as long as you’re willing. Fargo has mastered basic obedience in both English and German and continues to work on manners in the home.

Fargo would do best in an active home, maybe with a female dog to keep him company. He could excel in many activities, from being an active hiking companion to a home for looking for a dog to participate in some sports such as tracking, barn hunt or possibly protection. Fargo can’t wait to look into the eyes of his new family and be with them on all the adventures in life.
