Elsie’s heart brims with a zest for life that is infectious to everyone around her. She thrives on the thrill of ball games, and her eyes light up with boundless excitement as she chases, retrieves, and gleefully returns the ball. Playtime is her favorite time, and she's always ready for adventures that promise endless fun.

 

Fearlessness defines Elsie; she approaches life with an indomitable spirit. Whether it's going for rides in the car, exploring new trails, or embarking on any escapade, Elsie is always up for the challenge. Her courage knows no bounds. While she's a social butterfly with a penchant for making friends, Elsie is currently refining her communication skills with the help of trainers. She's mastering the art of discerning when to speak, showcasing her intelligence and eagerness to learn.

 

This spirited girl has also uncovered her hidden talent that she's a natural when it comes to scentwork and tracking. With her keen sense of smell and unyielding determination, she's a top-notch candidate for tasks that require precision and dedication.

Elsie is not just an athlete; she's also a conversationalist. Her enthusiasm for life is evident in her friendly chatter, always eager to greet people with her joyful barks. Yet, she knows when to take on her role as a protector, alerting her family to the presence of strangers with a controlled and balanced demeanor.

 

She is trained in Dutch and English and off-lead obedience or long recall work are second nature to her. She possesses that unique "hustle factor" that sets her apart as a diligent and hardworking companion. She thrives on the satisfaction of completing tasks and always aims to be an overachiever. She has wonderful leash skills, and she also is trained off lead on the e-collar system.

 

Elsie’s gregarious nature extends to her interactions with other dogs. With careful introductions, she has established herself as a social dog who enjoys the company of her fellow canines. Her boundless energy and enthusiasm make her a joy to be around. When it's time to unwind, Elsie revels in the simple pleasures of life. She adores tummy rubs and truck rides, relishing every moment of attention and affection. In her crate, she's the picture of neatness and restraint, never causing a fuss.

 

Despite her many talents and accomplishments, Elsie remains humble. She's eager to graduate from her training school and find her forever home, where she can continue to share her love and exuberance with a loving family.

Transport along Interstate 5 (Rowland Heights, CA to Edmonds, WA) is available but cost not included in adoption fee.
